How should I preserve my item?

Through a rigorous selection process, calfskin leathers are chosen for their refinement, suppleness and silky touch. To meet highest quality standards, only the best hides are selected. They may carry natural imperfections, such as veins or wrikles. 

Our bags are handmade artisanproduct, and should be treated with care. Avoid rough surfaces, contact with sharp objects, and long periods in direct sunlight. For surface stains, we recommend cleaning wih a soft, damp cloth with water. Store in a dustbag.

How do I repair an item?

You can send an e-mail to [email protected] to repair a product purchased from www.baa.com.tr . For the products you have purchased from other sales points, please contact the company representative you purchased directly.

Will I pay for repair?

All of our products have a 1-year warranty guarantee. No repair fee will be charged during this period. For customer over 1 year, a replacement fee will be charged.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

Refund could be take 30 working days.

Can I return a personalised item?

Any product that personalized can not be returned. The customer is considered as accepted this when purchasing.

What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

Our products can be returned withing 5 working days if they are not used and damaged. The product must be taken from the internet for a refund. They do not have the right to return the products purchased from the store.

How do I pay and what are my payment options?

There are 2 methods of payment for purchases made via BAA online shopping page. 1) EFT/Transfer payment 2) Payment with a credit card.

Can I shop with cash on delivery?

We do not accept the cash on delivery method.
